Take control of water in your home.

The Association of British Insurers (ABI), states, insurers can pay out around £1.8 million every day to home 'escape of water' claims. Nearly one in five claims made on buildings and contents insurance is for damage caused by leaks.

Has your home ever sprung a leak, particularly at night or at the weekend, then you'll know how stressful it can be trying to track down an emergency plumber to come and fix the issue.

The average cost of weather-related insurance claims for burst pipes in 2018 was over £10,000. However, there are plenty of other reasons why leaks occur, such as poorly-installed washing machines or dishwashers, water seeping out from under a bath or shower, from water storage tanks.

How does it work?

IoT (Internet of things) is fast giving homeowners the ability to control and monitor their homes from any smart device.

Sensorwise is a water monitoring system that will alert you of leaks and potential oods within your property.

Our system can monitor moisture and water levels within your home and accurately record information ensuring you're alerted of any immediate issues.

What is the technical side?

Sensorwise is a completely wireless system and our batteries typically last up to 10+ years.

Our Wireless Gateway has a range of up to 500m, and can also accommodate 2,000 sensors per unit.

If there is a disruption to the gateways communication, (power outage, Internet outage) alerts cannot be delivered will be time-stamped and stored (up to the last 3100 messages) until communication has been restored. As it's a wireless system, it will also be updated remotely.

Why should you use it?

Water leaks within the home are costly and it is also damaging to the environment.

Collectively, unattended leaks across the U.K waste vast amounts of water.

With the demand for water set to increase for decades to come and climate change threatens water supplies, it is in everybody's interest to nd more cost-eective ways to detect leaks.

Where can they fit?

Our sensors can be fitted anywhere within the home that may have a potential leak. Here are some examples:
